Welcome to Newnham College Boat Club...

Newnham College Boat Club is a women’s boat club at the heart of the University of Cambridge. We were founded in 1893 and have pioneered women’s rowing at this university. Over 100 years later we are still going strong.

We are the oldest and most successful women’s boat club in town and look back on a proud tradition. Our rowers have gone on to compete in national and international regattas with phenomenal success - most recently at the Beijing Olympics.
